Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence the date of each review and revision of the material published under the publication scheme of his Department as outlined in section 8 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraIn October 2015, the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform announced the publication of the Model Publication Scheme under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. Subsequently, in line with section 8 of the Act, my Department's FOI publication scheme was first published on 14 April, 2016.
The scheme was next reviewed in July 2018 during the re-development of my Department's website. All information published under the scheme is reviewed and updated as required.
