Ceist:

1023. Deputy Ged Nash asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the status of the introduction of the D4 and D5 Drogheda town bus services announced by the National Transport Authority, NTA, in 2019, which have been delayed in the budgetary process; when the services will come into effect; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, I have overall responsibility for policy and funding in relation to public transport. The issue raised is a matter for the National Transport Authority (NTA) and I have forwarded the Deputy's question to the NTA for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a response within ten working days.
