Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment the arrangements in place to introduce a scheme to compensate persons that have been historically cutting turf on Bord na Móna bogs and are prevented from doing so at the moment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
