Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Transport if Bus Éireann is cancelling or has cancelled the weekly route servicing Whitegate, County Clare; if so, the replacement service being put in place to facilitate residents in the area; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraAs Minister for Transport, I have responsibility for policy and overall funding in relation to public transport. The National Transport Authority (NTA) has statutory responsibility for securing the provision of public passenger transport services nationally.
