Deputy Duncan Smith asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if a copy of the briefing notes and recommendations provided to him by his Department and the National Parks and Wildlife Service towards informing his view on the implementation of the Wild Birds Derogations for the period 1 May 2021 to 30 April 2022 will be made available.
