Durkan asked the Minister for Justice if copies of reports, prepared pursuant to the family law area, are being routinely made available to all parties to the relevant proceedings, without exception, with particular reference to ensuring due process and fair procedures and the ability to challenge inaccuracies contained in same; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
