1337. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a letter will issue from the Land Commission to a solicitor (details supplied) confirming whether or not land specified was subject to Land Commission Proceedings; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The records branch of my Department have recently written to the solicitor involved seeking additional information to assist in the identification of the lands in question. When this additional information is to hand I can assure the Deputy that the matter will be dealt with as expeditiously as possible.
