304. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice if and when the conditions of habitual residency can be met in the case of a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [3660/24]
Amharc ar fhreagraI can advise the Deputy that the conditions of habitual residency are determined by the Department of Social Protection. The Deputy may wish to put a parliamentary question to the Minister for Social Protection in this regard.
