asked the Minister for Defence if he will state the reason why Private John McGurry, of Ballysax, Co. Kildare, Army No. 46940, 5th Infantry Battalion, who was discharged on the 28th June, 1923, has not been paid twenty-eight days' pay and allowances on discharge, as set out in Defence Order No. 20, and whether he will have investigations made with a view to payment.
