asked the Minister for Defence if he will take steps to have the claim of Mr. William Brown, 65 Ballybough Road, Fairview, reconsidered; if he is aware that Mr. Brown, hackney car driver, was seriously injured and his car wrecked by a military motor car on 9th July, 1922, and that after nearly two years waiting has been informed that as the car was being irregularly used, and the officer using it was not on military duty at the time, the claim cannot be entertained as a charge against Army Funds, and if he will see that funds are provided for compensating the claimant in this and other cases of a similar kind.
