asked the Minister for Finance whether the award of £50 made to Mr. Pat Hynes, of Dungara, Kinvara, Co. Galway, on 3rd February last, on account of farm buildings destroyed by British Forces has yet been paid, and, if not, whether he will see that this account is immediately settled.
WRITTEN ANSWERS. - KINVARA PRE-TRUCE CLAIM.
As no award by the Compensation Commission has yet been received in my Department in the case referred to by the Deputy the question of payment does not arise. It has been ascertained that the claim is under investigation, and it is hoped to dispose of it at an early date.
