Amendments from Seanad:—

1. In Section 2 (1), immediately after the word "member" in line 19 the words "(not being a serving soldier)" inserted.

2. In Section 2 (1), immediately after the word "member" in line 23 the words "(not being a serving soldier)" inserted.

3. In Section 2 (3), immediately after the word "members" in line 34 the words "(not being a serving soldier)" inserted.

4. In Section 4, immediately after the word "member" in line 8 the words "(not being a serving soldier)" inserted.
