Vol. 21 No. 15

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - KILSHREWLEY ESTATE (CO. LONGFORD).

asked the Minister for Fisheries if he is aware that nothing has been done towards making new roads through the Kilshrewley Estate, County Longford, which is being divided, except to make the fences; that those roads are impassable, and that tenants cannot get in or out to their parcels of land, and whether he will have these roads made as soon as possible, so as to make these lands accessible to the tenants, and at the same time relieve unemployment in the district.

Under the scheme for the division of the lands of Kilshrewley, County Longford, suitable provision was made for road construction, and this work has been completed.

I wish the Minister would take a walk over the roads which he says have been completed.
