Vol. 22 No. 6

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - KIRWAN ESTATE.

TOMAS MAC GIOLLA PHOIL

asked the Minister for Fisheries when he proposes to proceed with the work of distribution of land on the Kirwan Estate, Dalgan, Milltown.

Proceedings were instituted under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923, for the acquisition of the lands of Cormeelick South, Dalgin, Cooladooaun, Knockaunkeel, and Lack comprising 334 acres. These lands were published in a Provision List of lands which, if not excluded in consequence of a valid objection will become vested in the Land Commission on the Appointed Day.

The price of the lands has been determined and a scheme for the division of the lands is about to be prepared.
