The lands of Ardagh referred to appear to comprise an area of 895a. 3r. 2p. in the occupation of Mrs. Pye as tenant on the estate of Richard Foreman, County Galway, which has been retained by the Land Commission. It is anticipated that the appointed day for this estate will be fixed at an early date, when resumption proceedings in respect of Mrs. Pye's holding will be initiated without delay with a view to making the lands available for division and distribution. It is not possible at present to say when the lands can be divided.
