The price of every holding of tenanted land vested in the Land Commission under the Land Act, 1923, is published in Iris Oifigiúil, and following the vesting of the holdings in the tenants each tenant is notified of the amount of the advance made for the purchase of his holding and the standard purchase annuity payable by him in respect thereof. The price of untenanted land acquired by the Land Commission under Section 24 of the Land Act, 1923, is also published in Iris Oifigiúil.
The price of untenanted land purchased by the Land Commission by agreement with the owner under Section 36 of the Act is not published in Iris Oifigiúil, but the Land Commission are always prepared to state the price paid when the lands have been acquired.
