The lands referred to are tenanted lands in the occupation of James J. Hession, a tenant on the Bowen Estate, which is the subject of proceedings under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923.
Mr. Hession's holding has been published as a retained holding with a view to the initiation of proceedings for its resumption. The matter will be dealt with as soon as practicable.
