The Land Commission have taken preliminary proceedings for the resumption of the holding of Michael and Joseph Cussen comprising an area of 371a. 2r. 29p. in the townland of Killeighter on the Cloncurry Estate, County Kildare, but the tenant has objected to the resumption. The question of continuing proceedings is under consideration.
