Vol. 62 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Married Men's Income-Tax.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the respective amounts of income-tax payable at various points on the income scale up to £450 per annum, according to the Budget proposals for the year 1936/7 as compared with the income-tax payable for the year 1931/2 by married men whose incomes are wholly earned and who are entitled to children's allowances in respect of from one to five children.

The reply is in the form of a tabular statement, and I propose to circulate it in the Official Report.
