The quantity of artificial fertilisers available for the present season will be approximately the same as in 1945. It is proposed, as in the past three seasons, to give special consideration to the needs of the poorer districts adjacent to the western seaboard, including West Donegal, by the distribution of a special potato fertiliser to farmers in these districts.
