I move:—
Go ndéanfar, de bhun Bhuan—Ordú 112, an Coiste um Chuntais Phoiblí a cheapadh; go mbeidh, d'ainneoin éinní contrártha dhó san sa Bhuan-Ordú réamhráite, an Coiste comhdhéanta de cheithre comhalta déag agus gur cúigear a bheidh mar chóram; agus gurb é an Coiste Roghnathóireachta a ainmneoidh comhaltaí an Choiste;
Go mbeidh sé de chumhacht ag an gCoiste fios a chur ar dhaoine, ar pháipéir agus ar bhreacacháin;
Go ndéanfar na Cuntais Leithreasa, maille le Tuarascáil an Ard-Reachtaire Cuntas agus Ciste i gcóir na bliana dar chríoch 31ú Márta, 1945, a chur chun an Choiste chun iad a scrudú agus tuairisc a thabairt orthu.
That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 112, the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed; that notwithstanding anything contained in the said Standing Order, the Committee consist of fourteen members, and the quorum be five; and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection;
That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records;
That the Appropriation Accounts, with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor-General for the year ended 31st March, 1945, be referred to the Committee for examination and report.
