Owing to circumstances which could not have been foreseen there was delay in acquiring title to the site for the proposed new school. My Department is in communication with the manager's solicitor, and it is anticipated that proof of title will be forthcoming soon. Until satisfactory proof of title has been furnished a grant towards the cost of the erection of the new school cannot be sanctioned.
