Of the 31 health authorities, eight reached the point referred to in the question in 1951-52, viz., the Counties of Clare, Donegal, Dublin, Mayo and Roscommon, and the County Boroughs of Dublin, Cork and Limerick. An additional five, viz., the Counties of Carlow, Galway, Monaghan and Wicklow and the County Borough of Waterford will, on the estimates submitted to my Department, have reached the point in 1952-53.
