asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state the cause of the delay on the part of the Corporation of Dublin in proceeding with the completion of the draft city plan, in accordance with the resolution adopted by that corporation pursuant to the Town Planning Acts on 6th January, 1936, and whether his Department has impeded in any way the Dublin Corporation in proceeding with the work entailed in the completion of a proper city plan which would ensurethe abolition of slum environment and slum life in the City of Dublin.
