The categories to which the Government has decided to grant increases to offset the price increases mentioned in the question were set out by the Minister for Finance in his Budget statement. These categories do not include ex-solider pensioners or widows of soliders in receipt of pensions under the Army Pensions Acts.
Consequently the answer to the Deputy's question is in the negative.
