asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether the terms of appointment of the comptroller of Shannon Airport catering provide for full-time service; and whether the remuneration of the comptroller is reduced or restricted in any way by reason of the time devoted by him to the carrying out of his duties as chairman of Bord Fáilte Éireann.
The terms of appointment of the Comptroller of Sales and Catering at Shannon Airport provide for full-time service but permit of his undertaking other work with my written consent. His remuneration is not affected by the time devoted by him to his duties as chairman of Bord Fáilte.
