I have under consideration at present a proposal for the granting of children's allowances to married officers of Na Forsaí. I cannot say when a decision is likely to be reached or what the outcome will be.
I may add that there has been no recent change in the rate, or conditions of payment, of children's allowances to Civil Servants.
