I assume that what the Deputy has in mind is the question of planning permission for the structures mentioned by him. The granting of planning permission is a matter in the first instance for the planning authority concerned—in these cases the Dublin County Council. It is only in the event of an appeal within the prescribed period against a planning decision by the planning authority that I would have any function.
