Agreement has been reached for voluntary purchase of this 146 acre property by the Land Commission and, pending completion of certain legal requirements, possession was obtained by the Land Commission on a temporary basis about two weeks ago. Arrangements have not yet been made for disposal of the lands and buildings but there will be no avoidable delay.
