The High Court, on 8th May, made an order on the application of the liquidator of Potez Aerospace Ltd. approving an agreement for the acquisition of all of the share capital and assets of that company by Roadstone Ltd.
It is expected that, after discharging the legal costs, expenses and fees arising out of the liquidation, a dividend in excess of 10/- in the £ will be available out of the proceeds of the liquidation for distribution to the principal creditors, including the Industrial Development Authority which gave a grant of £433,150 and Taiscí Stáit which gave a loan of £91,383 to Potez Aerospace Ltd.
