Sympathetic consideration was given to all requests for inspection centres under the sheep subsidy schemes which were received before the lists of centres were sent for publication. There are 87 centres in Sligo-Leitrim this year as against 67 last year and it is considered that the needs of sheep owners in the area have been adequately catered for.
