(Cavan): On Sunday afternoon, 21st October, 1973, I read a paper entitled Present and Future Trends in Land Law in Ireland to a seminar in Wexford organised by the Society of Young Solicitors.
I cannot recollect making any specific reference to proposals by my immediate predecessor.
Certainly there is no such reference in my script, a copy of which I can make available to the Deputy if he wishes.
