According to the records of my Department, the person referred to by the Deputy claimed disability benefit from 16th October, 1974, and all benefit due has been paid to 4th June, 1975, the date of the latest medical certificate received. The benefit cheques were issued to the claimant's address on the receipt of weekly medical certificates.
