A local meeting was convened in Bray by my Department in October 1976 to discuss the second level needs of the Bray-Greystones area. This meeting was attended by the primary and second level school authorities in the area. Since that meeting several second level school interests have approached my Department to discuss possible future developments in the area immediately to the north of Bray. As preliminary consultations of this nature are always conducted on a confidential basis it would not be appropriate for me to furnish the names of the participants or the dates on which the consultations took place.
