There is no record in my Department of an undertaking of the kind referred to having been given.
The use likely to be made of a kiosk at this centre was not such as to support the cost involved in providing and maintaining one. The centres at which kiosks are provided are reviewed periodically, however, and if, on the occasion of future reviews, one is found to be justified at Dromore, it will be provided.
