Vol. 334 No. 1

Written Answers. - Marino (Dublin) Clinic Facilities.

563.

asked the Minister for Health the action he proposes to take to rectify the present situation where parents cannot get dental appointments for their children at the Marino Clinic, Dublin, unless they are in severe pain.

In mid-December 1981 it was found necessary because of heating and space problems to close one of the two dental surgeries at Marino Health Centre. This resulted in emergency treatment only being available for persons applying for services to the remaining clinic. A new surgery is being provided at present and should be ready in a month when routine dental treatment will again become available.
