asked the Minister for Justice the number of High Court special summonses and/or notices of motions issued in 1981 by a spouse seeking a maintenance order or the variation of an existing maintenance order pursuant to the Family Law (Maintenance of Spouses and Children) Act, 1976; and the number of such cases that were heard and determined by the High Court in 1981.

asked the Minister for Justice the number of High Court special summonses issued in 1981 for the hearing of disputes as to custody of children under the Guardianship of Infants Act, 1964; and the number of cases heard and determined in the High Court in that year.
304.
asked the Minister for Justice the number of applications to the High Court in 1981 by way of notice of motion to vary an existing order made by that court under the Guardianship of Infants Act, 1964; and the number of cases heard and determined by the High Court.
