There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the person named.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to have a final inspection carried out for a new house grant for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will also make arrangements for the approval of a new house mortgage subsidy to be issued to him.
The file in this case has been referred to my Department's inspector for investigation with a view to approval of a grant and mortgage subsidy.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to have the first instalment of a new house mortgage subsidy paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as the mortgage repayments commenced 12 months ago.
Payment of the mortgage subsidy cannot be made until the person named submits the claim form duly completed and certified by the lending agency.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to have an early inspection carried out for the approval of a house improvement grant for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as the application has been submitted.
There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application for a house improvement grant from the person named. There is, however, an application from a person with the same surname but a different Christian name from the same address. An inspection with a view to allocation of the grant in this case will be carried out as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason a new house grant has not yet been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford who applied last September.
The file in this case is with an inspector for investigation and report with a view to the payment of a grant if in order. A grant cannot be paid until an inspector establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and all other conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with.
