: There has been some delay in dealing with this case because the file was misplaced for a time. The matter has been referred to the inspector for urgent investigation and report with a view to payment of the grant if in order. Approval of the mortgage subsidy will then issue, if in order, and the first instalment will be paid on receipt of the appropriate claim form.
