There has been no undue delay in my Department in dealing with this case. The file is with the inspector for investigation and report with a view to payment of the grant.

A further inspection with a view to the reconsideration of the applicant's eligibility for a grant in respect of the provision of bathroom facilities will be carried out in this case as soon as possible.

A new house grant has been approved in this case and an inspection, with a view to payment of the grant, will be arranged when the applicant notifies my Department that the house is completed and occupied.
