Discussions are currently taking place between the parent company and the Industrial Development Authority regarding a restructuring programme for Kenmare Products Ltd., Kenmare, County Kerry. The situation regarding the transfer of machinery between the parent company and the Irish subsidiary will form part of these negotiations. This re-organisation will involve production and management changes designed to secure the future of the factory and I am informed by the IDA that the authority are optimistic for the future of the company.
