My Department cannot trace any record of such a complaint. It is understood that the complaint was a verbal one made about three years ago about interference with the mail of the person concerned but details of the complaint are not available now. In view of the passage of time, and especially in the absence of particulars, an inquiry at this stage is not practicable.
