The total capital expenditure likely to be incurred by my Department in County Galway this year is estimated at approximately £1.75 million, comprising in relation to the Forest and Wildlife Service, some £1.5 million in respect of land acquisition, planting, forestry roads, sawmilling and amenity development and on the fisheries side, £.25 million in respect of expenditure at Rosaveel fishery harbour centre and the Decca navigation chain station at Oranmore.
