asked the Minister for the Environment if mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as approval for the mortgage subsidy was granted on 22 April 1981.
The first instalment of the mortgage subsidy (£750) will be paid as soon as possible.

This grant will be paid shortly.

The application in this case has been refused because, contrary to a provision of the Housing Regulations, 1980, (as amended), the work was not completed by 30 June 1981. A further inspection of the house is not, therefore, proposed.
