The Chief State Solicitor has advised that the documentary evidence submitted by the school authorities in respect of the site for the school project referred to in the Deputy's question shows a satisfactory title and, subject to agreement in regard to the local contribution to be provided towards the cost of the project, a grant will be sanctioned by my Department. The Commissioners of Public Works will then undertake the detailed design of the new building.
