Some difficulties have arisen in the developed sketch scheme recently submitted to my Department for the extension to Longwood vocational school. I have arranged for a meeting early this month between the committee's consultants and the building unit to resolve the issues. When the problems have been resolved approval will be given to proceed to stage 4 of the planning process.
