The person named is ineligible for cattle headage grants under the 1983 disadvantaged areas schemes as his off-farm income and that of his spouse exceeded £3,500 for the income tax year ended 5 April 1983.
He will be paid his calf premium in due course when the batch which includes his payment is processed.
