I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that certain invoices are awaited by the inspector of taxes to enable him to certify claims to repayment of value-added tax from the trader concerned. I am further advised that, upon certification, repayment will be withheld pending settlement of the trader's liability to other taxes.
