An application for free travel from the person concerned was rejected as the date of birth quoted on the application form indicated that he had not attained the qualifying age. He was notified accordingly on 19 November 1985. It has now been confirmed however that he has in fact attained the qualifying age and a free travel pass was issued to him on 2 December 1985.
