I am aware that this conclusion is among a number included in the Youth Employment Agency's medium term plan for the period 1986-91.
I have no plans at present to increase the grant payable to programme sponsors towards the cost of employing people under the Teamwork scheme. The level of payment to the participants is a matter for the sponsors.
